Pat & Tim Miller
Lifetime North Bay residents, Pat and Tim are co-owners of the Rohnert Park office which opened in 1996 in partnership with Tom Torgerson and Ross Liscum.
Year 2000 Chairman of the North Bay Association of REALTORS®, Pat is an award winning REALTOR® with more than 10 years of real estate experience in Sonoma County. Having earned Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, Pat is constantly sought-out by peers for her expertise. Selected as "First Year Outstanding Sales Associate" for 1989 in Santa Rosa, Pat has been a consistent top producer. She has earned Prudential’s "President Circle" (top 3% of Prudential agents) or "Leading Edge" (top 6% of Prudential agents) awards for the past three years. A member of the Santa Rosa 99’s (International Organization of Women Pilots) Pat is also an active member of her church and the Marguerite Hahn Elementary School PTA.
Coming to real estate following a 30 plus year career in law enforcement and aviation, Tim brings a technology oriented, honest and positive approach to real estate transactions. In addition to using conventional marketing techniques, Tim constantly works to create Internet-based tools to promote and market properties and to help buyers locate the special property they’re searching for.
