In 1982, Broker/Owners, Ross R. Liscum, CRS and Thomas M. Torgerson, Jr. purchased a local Real Estate Firm, RJV Realty Inc. in Santa Rosa. In 1989 they made the decision to make a progressive move by becoming the first franchised company of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in Northern California. They held a vision for the future for Prudential California Realty to become the premier real estate company in Sonoma County and they were committed to building a real estate company comprised of sales associates known for their excellent service and total dedication to their clients.

Today with two offices in Sonoma County located in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park and with over 75 sales associates; their vision is now a reality.
